    Position- CNC Machinist
    • Proficiency at CNC machine programming (G- Code) and operation of 5 axis machines.
    • Perform setups and operations on conventional & CNC lathe and milling centers.
    • Proficiency at bench and layout work (tapping, deburring, drilling from layout, finishing and measurements).
    • Ability to select tools, as needed. Select proper speeds and feeds for optimum tool performance.
    • Ability to perform shop math, use tables, charts, and manuals, and make simple tooling and fixtures.
    • Working knowledge of commonly used metals and plastics.
    • Maintain clean, orderly and safe work area.

    Position- Machine Operator

    • CNC operator-milling and turning machines.
    • Understanding mechanical drawings, cutting tools, measurement equipment, and production control.
    • Maintain clean, orderly and safe work area.

    Position- Production

    • Deburring, Packaging, Inspection, QC, Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory control.
    • Requirements: MS word, excel, outlook.
    • Maintain clean, orderly and safe work area.

    Position- Programmer.
    • Self starter who is proficient in 3D CAD-CAM Programming.
    • Mill-Turn-Sub Spindle 5&6 axis.
